Personalized Service

One of the benchmarks that has set Yankee Shutter apart from the competition over three generations in New England has been the personalized service that we strive to provide. With the move to online sales, it is not possible to provide house-calls to offer measuring or consulting services to customers outside of our geographic service area. However, we would be happy to provide you with a “virtual” house call through email correspondence. You can send us photos of your house so we can offer you personalized guidance for measuring or suggestions for shutter styles, sizes, or colors.

We have done our best to provide, in an organized manner, all of the information that is needed to understand each of our products and how to order, install, and maintain them. If you have a question for which you were not able to easily find an answer, please let us know, we are happy to help!

If you require assistance with placing an order (for example, you need to order a shutter size that exceeds standard UPS dimensional allowance), include details about what you are ordering here so that we can have a more precise answer for you when we respond.
